Registration Instructions for Afterschool Participants

Enter school name in box 3 for after school program.

Enter previous team name or "new player" in box 4. 

Select a team from dropdown.

Promotion code goes in last field on screen. Promotion code (S comes before U) is uppercase and space must be entered. 

Note: if division is T-ball, code should have a T at the end. If division is Rookies, code should have an R at the end.
